1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "winbox8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the winbox8 platform operated at winbox8.org and its affiliated entities.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers a winbox8 account or accesses the platform.
• "Platform" means the winbox8 website, any winbox8 mobile application, and all associated gaming services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created at winbox8.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which winbox8 accounts are denominated.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a player's winbox8 account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded by winbox8, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a winbox8 account. winbox8 enforces this requirement strictly and may request age verification documentation at any time.
2. You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with applicable local laws.
3. winbox8 does not knowingly permit play by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. Players accessing winbox8 from such jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
4. winbox8 employees and immediate family members of winbox8 employees are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
5. winbox8 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account without providing reasons where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration

1. Each individual may register only one winbox8 account. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Supplying false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbox8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party.
4. You must notify winbox8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. winbox8 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5. Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures as required by winbox8's licensing obligations. winbox8 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage.

4. Deposits & Payments

1. All player deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winbox8 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit.
2. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. winbox8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from an unverified third-party source may be returned and the associated winbox8 account suspended pending investigation.
3. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the winbox8 cashier at all times. These limits may be varied by winbox8 at its discretion.
4. winbox8 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which winbox8 bears no responsibility.
5. Deposited funds are held separately from winbox8's operational funds in accordance with player fund protection obligations under the platform's licensing framework.

5. Withdrawals

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a bank account verified as belonging to the account holder. winbox8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
2. winbox8 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
3. winbox8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of source of funds, or additional documentation. Processing will be suspended until such documentation is provided.
4. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must be converted to real money through fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn.
5. winbox8 may impose withdrawal limits. Any applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All promotions offered by winbox8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
2. winbox8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already fulfilled the qualifying conditions.
3. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — is strictly prohibited. winbox8 will void any bonuses and associated winnings derived from such conduct and may close the relevant accounts.
4. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be removed from the account without compensation.
5. winbox8 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotion winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has taken advantage of a technical error, miscalculation, or system anomaly.

7. Gaming Rules

1. All winbox8 games are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

3. winbox8 is not liable for game interruptions caused by connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party infrastructure outages. 4. Placing a bet constitutes your agreement to the outcome determined by the relevant game system. Completed bets cannot be reversed.
5. winbox8 sportsbook odds are set by winbox8's trading team. winbox8 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, and to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

2. Players who self-exclude from winbox8 will have their accounts suspended for the elected exclusion period. winbox8 will not reverse a self-exclusion before the period expires.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the winbox8 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the property of winbox8 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winbox8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any winbox8 content.
3. Any unauthorised use of winbox8 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. The winbox8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winbox8 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the absence of errors.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbox8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. winbox8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
4. winbox8 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling. Players participate in all gaming activities entirely at their own risk.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the winbox8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a winbox8 account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1. winbox8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.
2. Your continued use of the winbox8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which winbox8 holds its operating licence.

4. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
